Founded by Valentina Fedjuschina in 2003, Sport Etalon LLC is a global sport’s management agency that works exclusively with and for international elite track and field athletes.

Valentina is a former shot-put athlete, member of the Austrian National team, 3 times Olympian (1988, 1996, 2000), graduate from Sport Academy with Bachelor´s and Master´s degree in Sport and Physical Culture.

She is a Council member of Austrian Federation and ran for office to the IAAF Council in 2019.

All her life has been dedicated to athletics in one form or another.

Valentina and her husband Vladimir Zinchenko, recordholder of Ukraine in Discus Throw, live in Lisbon, Portugal and Houston, TX.

Sport Etalon LLC works closely with almost 20 federations from all over the world to help guide the career of each athlete.
